Banyan Tree Singapore Mural
A rainforest-inspired mural using the liana to symbolise adaptation, coexistence and shared belonging in an interconnected ecosystem where every presence matters.

Inspired by the liana, a climbing plant form that adapts as it winds through the rainforest, the Banyan Tree mural reflects the ecological spirit of Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. Through animals, foliage, branches and water elements, the artwork imagines the rainforest as an interconnected system where every species and layer has a role to play. Shaping Hearts artist Christopher contributes animal forms to the composition, adding a distinct visual voice that broadens the mural’s message of coexistence. The work brings nature into the workspace while celebrating inclusion, accessibility and shared belonging.
