Shaping Hearts Murals: Creating Inclusive Spaces Together
Nine Shaping Hearts art collaborations transform everyday spaces across Singapore into inclusive canvases, showcasing the creativity of persons with disabilities while celebrating community, heritage, and shared stories.
Art in Everyday Spaces
Through Shaping Hearts, inclusive art has been brought into everyday spaces across Singapore, from community clubs and offices to campuses, heritage streets, public promenades, community hubs and even dragon boats.

Across these nine projects, artists with disabilities worked alongside visual artists, organisations and community partners to create meaningful and engaging artworks. Some of these works are part of the Shaping Hearts Placemaking Series, while others are broader collaborative art initiatives connected to Shaping Hearts. Together, they show how art can make inclusion more visible, accessible and meaningful in everyday life.

Create Inclusive Spaces With Us
Through initiatives such as the Shaping Hearts Placemaking Series, organisations are invited to transform their spaces into inclusive art canvases, creating meaningful platforms for persons with disabilities to showcase their creativity. These collaborations enable artists with disabilities to work alongside professional artists, gain public visibility, and contribute to spaces used by the wider community.
Through art, we hope to build a more inclusive Singapore where every space can tell a story, and every creative voice has a place to be seen.
