Meet Amalina, a self-taught artist whose simple doodles grew into a distinctive pen-and-ink style. She now explores colour in her work, using art to express emotions and share warmth and positivity.

Living with hearing impairment, Amalina is a self-taught artist whose creative journey began with simple black pen doodles on her notes, gradually developing into a signature pen-and-ink style. While black ink remains an important part of her visual identity, she is now expanding her practice by exploring colour through liner pens, brushes, and paint. Her experiences with art therapy have deeply shaped her outlook, inspiring her to embrace art as a form of healing and emotional expression. Through her work, she expresses emotions and hopes to share warmth, connection, and positivity with others.
